These Terms govern your use of the CHIKAI Telegram Mini App, this website, and any related bot, API, or service (together, "CHIKAI"). By opening the Mini App or using any CHIKAI service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CHIKAI.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use crypto-related services in your jurisdiction to use CHIKAI. You are responsible for confirming that using CHIKAI is lawful where you live.

The service

CHIKAI provides a Telegram Mini App with an AI chat agent, a meme generator, a Solana token risk scanner, daily check-ins, quests, referrals, points, and leaderboards. Points, badges, and rank are an in-app activity and eligibility system only — see the Risk Disclaimer for what they do and do not guarantee.

Your account and wallet

Your CHIKAI account is tied to your Telegram identity. Connecting a Solana wallet is optional and requires you to sign a message to prove ownership; CHIKAI never has custody of, or access to, your wallet's private keys or funds. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and wallet secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use CHIKAI to submit illegal, hateful, or infringing content; to spam, farm, or abuse quests, referrals, check-ins, or points with bots or multiple accounts; to attempt to manipulate the token scanner, leaderboard, or meme voting; or to impersonate another person or project. Accounts found abusing these systems may be suspended or banned, and associated points or rewards may be forfeited.

AI-generated content

The CHIKAI agent's chat replies and meme captions are AI-generated. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite moderation efforts, and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only — never as financial or professional advice.

No guarantees

CHIKAI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the service will be error-free, or any particular outcome from using it — see the Risk Disclaimer for token-specific risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms, the app, or its features (including quests, points rules, and reward-season rules) over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
